As we dive down the retro wrestling rabbit hole of fun for WWE Superstars for February 25th 2010, we have an intergender six person tag team match, featuring all three members of the Hart Dynasty, in Natalya, David Hart Smith, and Tyson Kidd taking on Maria, Matt Hardy, and the Great Khali. Plus Luke Gallows is in action, Zack Ryder faces Primo, and William Regal and Jack Swagger team up to take on Santino Marella and Chris Masters. Kick back as I watch some WWE Superstars 2/25/10 and run down all of the results.
WWE Superstars 2/25/10
Jack Swagger and William Regaldefeated Santino Marella and Chris Masters
Yeah this is an interesting opening match and a rather fun one, to continue the feud between Jack Swagger and Santino Marella five weeks before Swagger was going to win the World Heavyweight Title. Santino is beaten down, but makes the tag. Masters is in and Santino takes care of Regal but Swagger pulls off a Gutwrench Power Bomb to score the pin. William Regal and Jack Swagger pick off the win on WWE Superstars.
Zack Ryder defeated Primo
Our patron saint of WWE Superstars, Zack Ryder is in the house against Primo, who is rather in limbo with his career on the road to nowhere. Ryder and Rosa Mendes have been moved to RAW off of ECW . Zack Attack gets the pin after Primo misses a crossbody. Ryder is on RAW and gets the win. It mightbe the last one he has for a while.
Luke Gallows pinned Silas Young
The sweet smell of squash in the morning is featured on WWE Superstars, where Luke Gallows goes against former Ring of Honor competitor Silas Young and obviously he is no match for the former Festus, who uses the Twelfth step to score the pin.
Epically awesome Undertaker versus Shawn Michaels video package is featured before their match at Wrestlemania 28.
The Hart Dynasty of David Hart Smith, Tyson Kidd, and Natalya defeated Matt Hardy, The Great Khali, and Maria
Maria is future endeavored a day after this match occurs. Justin Gabriel who was Matt Hardy's rookie on NXT Season 1, which just started that week, watching. The six man rule is tested, where only a complete numbskull can screw up a six man tag team match although this match was rather trying but it passed. When Maria is the best worker on the face side, with the utterly degraded 2010 version of Matt Hardy and the Great Khali, we have problems. Hart Attack scores the win, with Tyson Kidd pinning Matt Hardy.
Not one of the better episodes of Superstars in the past couple of weeks.
