WWE RAW 10/22/12 Review.
So what did this reviewer think of WWE RAW 10/22/12. The show had its moments and its slow spots, but that’s par for the course for a three hour RAW.
The big news of this show is Vickie Guerrero is the new Management Supervisor and AJ is done as the RAW General Manager. Not only that, but AJ has apparently had an affair with a WWE Superstar and that man is John Cena. Of course, Cena says it is a business dinner. Of course, who knows where WWE might go with this storyline.
We get the WWE Champion versus the World Heavyweight Champion in a Lumberjack Match. On this night with the final Presidential Debate, we get this match. Match was pretty good. Big Show attacks Sheamus. Then Ryback storms the ring and
Rhodes Scholars against Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara was a good match, even though it lead to the obvious victories.
Ryback continues to look like a monster. Although it should be interesting to see what WWE does. If they do something like Brock Lesnar breaks into the cell and destroys Ryback, then they could salvage this one.
Justin Gabriel against Antonio Cesaro hopefully will get a longer match. It’s nice to see Gabriel up for title contention, and maybe he’ll get a run with the United States Title. A prolonged Justin Gabriel against Antonio Cesaro feud would be the best thing for the title.
Daniel Bryan against Dolph Ziggler was as good as you could be expected. Ziggler beats Daniel Bryan, so we at least know there’s someone lower than Ziggler on the pecking order.
This Alberto Del Rio against Randy Orton feud is not lighting my world on fire. His match with Zack Ryder was a token squash.
Big Show against Kane, that match has happened dozens of times, and only was good a couple of them. Show gets the win, looking strong.
RAW was a solid but not spectacular go home show for Hell in a Cell.
