Wwe Nxt 2/8/12

It is now time for WWE NXT for February 8th 2012, as we continue with a tag team clash between the Usos and Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins in your feature bout. Let’s review all of the highlights for WWE NXT 2/8/12.

WWE NXT 2/8/12

Matt Striker welcomes us to NXT but there has been some problems with how NXT has run tonight, therefore he’s guaranteed four huge matches later tonight. He talks about the Uso Brothers against Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins.

Heath Slater pinned Derrick Bateman

Fair enough opening match to kick things off on NXT. Back and forth action, with Slater

scoring the win with a flipping neckbreaker type move for the pin. Heath Slater picks up a win tonight on NXT. Slater plays the air guitar after the match in celebration.

Percy Watson defeated Darren Young

Titus O’Neil or the Big Dog is on commentary, talking about how the WWE Universe and being friends with Percy Watson doesn’t pay the bills. The match is one we have seen many times before. William Regal mentions that he is more broken than the ten commandments when Titus talks about the expensive tailored clothes he gets for his kids. Percy wins with the Persecution. There you go. Titus warns Percy that when he attacks him, Percy won’t see it coming.

Johnny Curtis knows a secret and its apparently, how he went on and on about Kaitlyn when he was with Maxine and how Maxine was sick of it. Dirty Curty is stirring the pot.

Unfortunately John Laurinaitis remains the interim General Manager.

Tyson Kidd pinned Trent Barreta

Barreta hits a flippy do off of the barricade, that cracks his head off of the floor and might have cracked the back of his head open, as there is what may be blood on the face of Tyson Kidd and a wet spot on the floor. If so, kudos to him for wrestling through that injury. Or Tyson got busted in the mouth, one of the two. Either way, there was an injury that lead to some hardway blood. A good match with some false finishes and nearfalls. The Bulldog/Bret Hart finish from Summerslam 1992 is teased at the end, but Kidd rolls the other way for the pin. Exceptional match as always between these two men. And

they shake hands afterwards. What is this, Ring of Honor?

Kaitlyn and Derrick Bateman are talking but Maxine is here to berate Bateman for losing and her and Kaitlyn snipe at each other. And Johnny Curtis is lurking in the background the entire time like a creeper.

Maxine defeated Kaitlyn

William Regal relates quite the story at the beginning of this match, at about a hundred miles a minute, regarding Maxine. Master Regal offers us some advice, that men having lady friends will not end well. The match as it was, was no different than your standard diva’s match. Maxine rolls over Kaitlyn with a crucifix for the pin.

A look at the Elimination Chamber match.

Tyson Kidd proposes to Trent Barreta that they could be a tag team. Now that’s an idea.

Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins defeated the Usos

The average tag team match you have had in the past. Jey Uso is beaten down until the hot tag was made to Jimmy Uso who runs wild. Curt Hawkins uses the cane on Jimmy and allows Tyler Reks to pick up the win.

Matt Striker is out to protest what happened but Curk Hawkins punches him in the face. The Usos run off Reks and Hawkins, as there will be consequences for Hawkins striking Striker.

Why You Should Watch WWE NXT 2/8/12

Kidd vs. Barreta obviously and the possibility of them being a tag team has made me excited.
