Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Episode 5 “I Think His Name is Baxter Stockman” Review.

So what did this reviewer think as he watched TMNT 2012 Episode 5? I thought this episode was slightly below the

effort for this show last week, but still good. It had a well-known villain, Baxter Stockman. In the first cartoon, he was mutated into a fly. In the second cartoon he was dismembered. In the third cartoon, he reminded me of Richard Pryor’s character, Gus Gorman, from Superman III.

So the Turtles are skateboarding around in the lair. Mikey is trying to jump over three of the turtles. Splinter finds out and is not too pleased. So he grounds the Turtles for the next week. Of course our green heroes being teenagers sneak out of the lair. They have a new invention of Don’s called the T-Pod. It’s made from military technology that upgrades itself.

They run into Baxter Stockman. Stockman is a bit of a

joke at first, as he has this really bad homemade suit of armor. The Turtles trash him, and Mikey drops the T-Pod. Stockman uses the technology to upgrade his armor. He then invades the TCRI building, the company that fired him and he wants revenge. He got fired for messing up the copy machine. Can’t blame the guy for going nuts.

Stockman is a dangerous foe, but the armor makes him more so. So after Splinter talks to them, they use a deadly bee attack to take him down. Well true ninjas use anything as a weapon. Stockman is defeated, and dumped in a dumpster by Raph. He’ll be back, but for the moment Stockman’s done.

I thought this episode was entertainment. Stockman’s afro takes some getting used to, but this version of Stockman might be fun. I’d recommend you check out this episode of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when you get the chance.
